Hi I have the same problem and did the set of instructions used for the other user and it still comes up the blue error code. I have tried it twice but still no luck.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Is the carriage moving freely? Are you able to take out the cartridges?

Let us know 🙂

Thanks 🙂

Hi Betty

The carriage doesn’t move at all from the cradle. I turn the printer on and it does the loading HP screen then it turns blue with the error code. Nothing else happens, normally you hear the carriage moving about but not now.
