I have a 2 yr old printer that suddenly won't print the Cyan ink. I have replaced the cartridge with a new instant ink cartridge, run multiple "clean printhead" cycles, manually cleaned around the cartridge, to no avail. I cannot get the cyan color to print. This happened once before in the past (7-8 months ago?) with the cyan color not printing well, but through multiple clean printhead cycles, I was able to clear up the issue and it started working fine until about a week ago. The other colors have been printing fine. I have looked online for answers in the forums, but so far nothing I've tried has helped. I just got off the phone with HP customer support and they didn't seem to have any other suggestions other than to replace the printer, which is super-frustrating to me as it's only a few yrs old and I shouldn't have to replace the printer that soon! According to them, the printhead on this type of printer is not replaceable either, which is also a major frustration. Does anybody have any other suggestions for something I could try? I could take the printer in to be serviced, but not sure if that would help fix the issue or not if it ends up being the printhead. Thanks!
