Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Device will print only after I bypass the “connect” error message on the printer’s display. It won’t connect to the internet, and I can’t print using my other wireless devices.  I have tried all the troubleshooting tips, including uninstall/reinstall.  Ant suggestions?

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.

For more information, go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.

 

Restart the printer and try printing.

 

If the issue persists, share the picture of the error message on the display.

Firmware wasn't allowed to download. I am in a troubleshooting loop and can't seem to access the HP Printer Wizard download page. This whole thing is a mess.

Let us try a reset on the printer.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
