I have a Color document I would like to copy. Every time I attempt to do so, I am informed by the printer that the administrator has disabled color copying. However, I am the administrator and can recall taking no such action. Nevertheless, how do I turn it back on?

 

Today, Normal color prints are now appearing in black and white along with the same message of information that says the administrator has disabled color printing.

 

The device in question is an HP OfficeJet 8620 running in wireless mode only. The printer has received and installed all known device updates. The source of the requested print is an apple 10 cell phone  

 

Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi! You are my only hope!

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
