OfficeJet 8715 shows Supply System Problem after Black Cartridge replacement with HP Cartridge.

OfficeJet Pro 8715
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My black cartridge was depleted and I bought a new HP 952XL cartridge and replace the depleted cartridge. After installation it recognized it as true HP cartridge. Then it showed 'Supply System Problem', reviewing some troubleshooting options, I followed recommendation to restart/reset, nothing helped to resolve. One of the recommendation is to replace the printer head. I am surprised that the printer head need to be replaced while initial issue was depleted cartridge.

 

Are there any other solution for this issue without spending additional money for printer head?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
