OfficeJet Pro 6869 - new authorized cartridges installed - black not printing

Purchased new HP 902 4-pack Black/Cyan/Magenta/Yellow Original Ink Cartridges for OfficeJet Pro 6869 on April 14 from online HP store. Installed, no black printing. Checked for new drivers; cleaned printer heads (multiple times); checked cartridge vent... nothing. It's ridiculous that I can't print with brand new ink installed in my printer.
