HP OfficeJet Pro 8210
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I've got the same problem with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8210. I don't have the setup cartridges, but the 952/953XL.

Could you please send me the instructions to bypass the setup cartridges error?

Thanks a lot.

The setup cartridges I received yesterday were leaking black ink. I cleaned all the ink off all the cartridges and tried to setup the new printer with these cartridges and it would not work.  I went to the internet and got a copy of the User Manual which stated never use leaking setup cartridges well this is after the fact as I already had inserted them.  I had purchased a new set of ink cartridges and tried to setup using them, obviously before I read the manual.  My question now is how do I go about setting up this new computer?  First off this is my wife's computer replacing a HP OfficeJet Pro 8100 which had failed.  Her computer has Windows 7 and it is a 32bit not a 64.  Also I was wondering if I could use the USB cable from the 8100 on the new 8210? Thank you very much.

What does it take to get a response from HP, I bought this printer 6 days ago and cannot install it?
