OfficeJet Pro 8630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OfficeJet Pro 8630 is refusing to print Avery 18695 Return Address Labels correctly or at all.  I believe I have tried every proposed solution I can find, but nothing solves the problem.  The file created using an Avery template on the Avery website is a .pdf file that looks perfect.  It prints as expected and properly formatted on an 8.5 X 11" sheet of plain white paper. The size matches the Avery label sheet size exactly.  When I attempt to create the labels, I get either a "Paper Size Mismatch" (and it refuses to print at all) OR it will print, but the output is offset to the right about 1/2".  So far, I have ruined several sheets of labels trying to make this work.  HELP !!!
