Envy Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have full HP ink cartriges, but i cant get red or yellow color in print. Connected to HP Envy Notebook. I have cleaned the heads 6 times and then manually with distilled water and q-tip. Ink is expensive and I'm ready to throw it out.

Please check if you have performed all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document.

If you have and if the issue persists after troubleshooting then it could be an issue with the printer hardware.

I would request you to contact our HP Support ream for service/upgrade options.
