Officejet 6962 I am getting a "Paper jam error" and carriage is stuck all the way to the right. I have looked all over for a paper jam and cannot locate one. The carriage is all the way to the right and will not budge. I am also getting an error about ink cartridges. I do not have any cartridges installed at all and cannot do it since the carriage is all the way to the right.

I would recommend you follow the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and if the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
