Product: Officejet Pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I try to scan single sided documents through the ADF the scans all come out blank if I use more than 1 page. 1 page will work. Double sided pages to double sided scans work fine. Cannot figure this out. Flatbed scanner works fine. Read & tried suggestions on HP forum - Have unplugged, rebooted printer & computer talking to it. No help.
