I got to the part of doing a Master reset and the printer hangs in the installation setup.  It gives me Product Demo, Apps, and Setup Buttons but doesn't do anything but show me demos and then goes back to Installation Setup and hangs.  Is there anything I can do to fix this (other than buy another printer from a different company?)

Have you tried the semi-full reset?
