Hi, since installing a brand new set of cartridges, firstly the yellow wouldn't print so everything came out in shades of pink and blue. Now the pink won't print so will only come out in shades of blue and black.

This could be an issue with the ink cartridges or the printer hardware. I would suggest you follow the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality for help.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
