Officejet Pro 6230 "Problem with Printhead"

HP Recommended
Officejet Pro 6230
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer cannot perform anything due to printhead problem. I see numerous threads about this printer having this issue and HP replacing the printheads for a while, which I did not know about. I have a full ink cartridge and can't use the printer due to the faulty printhead. Please help.

@IvyLane, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Kindly try the steps mentioned in this document - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

If the issue persists, the printhead has gone bad. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
