I have a Officejet Pro 6700 Premium, i installed a new set of cartridge and a few days later the message 'that colour cartridges are non installed' was displayed. I replaced the cartridges and the message is the same.
I tried with an hard reset and I disconnected the power, pulling off the cord from the back of the printer but the message is always the same.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
