Product: HP Officejet Pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've just installed a new set of ink cartridges (902 CMY and 902 XL Black), reset the printer to its factory settings, but it never prints color even in the diagnostic page.  The "Print in Grayscale" is even turned off in the Preferences. Please help, thanks!

Run the Printhead Cleaning.

Sometimes you have to run it 3 to 4 times.

This solution did not work for me - I tried it over and over (print head cleaning).  I also tried aligning print head.  Nothing.  I am very frustrated.  😞
