I have:

Replaced all of the color cartridges with HP Branded 902 Ink Cartridges (the previous were as well).

Checked all of the color cartridges to make sure the vents were clear.

Ran the Printhead Cleaning Option 3 times.

Verified that the Printer is using the latest Firmware.

I have factory reset the printer.

Printed a Diagnostic Report from the Printer's Embedded Web Server.

I have left the printer off and unplugged for 15 minutes.

 

The Printer will not print in color from a phone or Windows PC.

The Printer will not copy a color image from the flatbed.

It is only printing and copying in black/white.

 

The issue started shortly after the latest printer firmware updated automatically, but it could be just a coincidence.

Appreciate you trying the steps. This could be an issue with the replacement color ink. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue, they should be able to help.
