Officejet Pro 8610 says it is out of paper, but it is not. It prints diagnostic pages fine.

Officejet Pro 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer just stopped printing.  It gives an "out of paper" message but there is paper.  It prints all the diagnostic sheets. I have gone through all the steps on the HP suggested site.  None worked. Thanks
