New modem/router installed.  Internet works. Installed modem information...network name and passcode.  Printer will not print.  "Printer not connected."

Hi ya. So the issue is your laptop or desktop isn’t communicating or seeing your printer through the new wireless connection/router correct? As long as your blue WiFi indicator light on the front of your printer isn’t blinking and it’s solid. You’re connected to your router . If it worked fine before, I’m assuming W10 OS remove it from devices and uninstall the HP software. May seem like overkill and it is but it doesn’t take long. Download and reinstall the full version HP software and do the Network installation thing. Once it finds your printer on your network you’ll be golden. You shouldn’t have to fiddle with any router settings and whatnot. It’s just misbehaving. It happens. PLEASE take a moment and post back with your results. That’s just as important as any proposed solutions... thanks
