Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just loaded paper into my Officejet Pro 9015 and now the paper drawer won't close.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Check for any obstructions in the path and make sure all the packaging materials from inside the printer is removed.

 

Kindly refer to step 4 in this document to know how to load papers correctly in the input tray. 

 

Also, refer to page 152 of the user guide to know how to insert the paper tray into the printer.
