Hi All

I have an old HP Officejet pro L7380 that will not print.

I have just replaced its cartrides but to no avail

When it does the printer head alignment it comes up with failed.

I took the printer heads out and cleaned but still no luck.

Any ideas on what might be wrong

Are you able to copy? 

 

Reset the printer

Turning the printer off, and then on again might resolve an Alignment failed error message.

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    NOTE: 

    HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
