3 Years old computer. Recently replaced cartridges with new HP . Seems to do this quite often where the colours will come out all strange. Now there is no green and yet when I test everything according to the troubleshooter, it comes back that everything is in good health and ok ?
Many thanks

Hi @Mickeyrich
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Try making a standalone copy in color and check if the issue persists. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Check the estimated ink levels, Replace any depleted cartridges.
On the printer control panel, touch the Ink Level Indicator icon .
Clean the printhead
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to scroll to Setup, and then touch the Setup icon (). The Setup menu displays.
-
Swipe the display to scroll to Tools, and then touch Tools.
-
Touch Clean Printhead. There are three cleaning stages. A test page (different from the Print Quality Diagnostics page) prints between each cleaning stage. Do not use this test page for analysis. Touch No when prompted to continue the next level of cleaning.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to scroll to Setup, and then touch the Setup icon (). The Setup menu displays.
-
Swipe the display to scroll to Print Reports, and then touch Print Reports.
-
Touch Print Quality Report. Check for defects, try printing/copying in color.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
