My printer was working fine until new printer cartridges were installed. Both colored and black were installed and are authentic HP cartridges. Ever since they were installed, my printer has went haywire. I am getting blank pages, smeared pages, fuzzy pages, etc. I have cleaned and recleaned, realigned and realigned. It will be fine for a few prints and then goes back to printing problems. It is also draining the ink quickly. Any help? If there is an option, I hate to have to buy a new printer.

If you insert your old ink, is the Printer working fine? If it is, then these would faulty ink cartridges and you could get in exchanged from the store/website you bought it from or by contacting our HP Support Team:
