I have installed the newest firmware it seems and now my 3rd party cartridges are not working.
Background a few weeks ago i replaced the color cartridges with 3rd party ones. It works fine - even today. But as soon i put in the 953xl cartridge i get an error for this - and only for this - cartridge.
I ordered already a second one from another supplier - same **bleep** result.
Can anyone of u tell me how to proceed? I won't buy an original one. Before that happens i will replace the printer with antoher one from antoher vendor.
I'm really frustrated!!

HP cannot guarantee the functionality of non-HP ink cartridges. It may or may not work.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
