Product: Designjet 500 Plus

Hi

 

I have recently installed the Designjet 500 Plus on my Macbook. Even when I have plugged the printer into my laptop and switched on, it constantly shows an 'Offline' status and won't print. 

 

Any suggestions how to rectify?
