A friend on mine has this older inkjet printer.  He is trying to print some pictures he has off his iPhone.   He is having trouble.  When he get them in the computer and ties to print them they come out looking like somebody did them with crayon.  Is this the fact he is trying to do it with plain paper ( it would be better with photo paper) or is he having trouble transferring from apple to windows?  I have not seen the setup yet, but I will this weekend.

Thanks,
