There was a problem starting C:\Program files\HP\HP Deskjet 1510 series\bin\HPStatusBL.dll
This is what appears on screen on starting my laptop.
I can not remove this error msg.
In fact, I was using 1510 in the past but now using 2545 printer.
I have removed all printer softwares and reinstalled recently.
My internet connectin to the laptop over Wifi.
Computer connected to the printer by USB cable.
Error message appears even notconnected to the printer.
I am an average user, but can follow step by step instructions.

Hi,
From File Exploer type %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup into the address bar and press Enter.
Delete the Monitor Ink Alerts shortcut of the Non-Existing printer and the error should no longer appear.

Shlomi
