Awesome - Senior 75 - Printer has been offline with problems for months - for several months and for an hour yesterday, reconnected WIFI several times, very frustrated --still "offline".  Went back to my 2014 - Repeat 2014 - folder when I purchased the Printer.  THERE IT WAS[edit]  Answered a series of questions and my issue "printer offline after Windows 10 update."  Followed instructions and MY PRINTER IS WORKING.  I cannot tell you how frustrating it is for us seniors with all this technology, HP is AWESOME.
