I replaced cartridges with new ones for C, M, Y, K.

 

Only the black ink is not printing properly. It is very light or grey in colour

 

Kindly help.

I would recommend you follow the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues. If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failiure.

Hello,

 

I cleaned the Printer Head by using the options as mentioned.

 
I did this twice to thrice . But Still the Black ink is not printing.
