Product: HP Officejet 7612

My printer is only printing in cyan. I’ve reset it and cleaned the heads. There’s no error code.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue. 

 

To better assist you - 

 

1) Are you experiencing this issue while making a copy as well? 

2) Are you using a genuine HP inks? 

 

I'd suggest you try cleaning the ink cartridges. Refer to solution# 2, 3 and 4 from this document. 

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
