Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer prints A4 which is great.  However, when I wish to print photos onto HP gloss paper sizes 7x5 or 6x4 then the printer prints half on and half off the paper.  My printer is brand new, two days old and still has the set up cartridges installed.  Inside the printer there is now ink which has sprayed onto the rollers etc during the printing process.  I am getting rather frustrated.  Please help.

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns

 

Since this is a Hardware issue with ink spilling onto the rollers and moreover it's a brand new printer, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
