HP Office Jet Pro 6978

I just replace my ink cartridge and it only prints black and white. It is a wireless printer. I tried making a copy and it still only does black and white. I have cleaned the print heads, aligned it. The Office Jet Pro  6978 quality Diagnostic Page for print quality is only black and white. 

 

I also cleaned the vents. I reset the printer from unplugging it from the back of the printer and when I reconnected it I plugged it into the wall. I am not sure what else is the issue.

When we ask to print it does say color but still prints in black and white. I feel like I clicked something on the printer to only print black but I can't find anything in setting that

The other steps that you could try is to check if the cartridges are properly vented and seated in the carriage. Below is the URL that should help you check the vent. You may also try all the steps mentioned in it.
