Brought my printer yesterday, unable to use or complete set up due to ‘output tray closed’ error even though the door is open! Some please help as I need a working printer ASAP

The colour ink cartridge is giving you the trouble, the HP app detects a wrong error. Try removing the colour ink cartridge, the printer should work with black cartridge only, then the resume icon should be off, and colour ink icon on.
