HP officjet Pro 9025
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Recently purchased an HP office jet 9025 printer, but am having problems printing files that require a PCL5 driver. Installed the

PCL6, but when trying to print received an error that printer could not print Java.

Does this printer support the PCL5 driver?

Hi @spanishgirl1

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

PCL5 drivers are not available on the HP Support site anymore. You will have to use PCL6 drivers.

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if it prints using the printer driver?

To download the full-featured printer driver, click here

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
