Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

While trying to print a photo from a PDF file, I selected "Other Inkjet Paper". But the output I got is only half of the matter and the rest is blank.

Hi @RCPULAK

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

What is the type and size of the paper you are using ?

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

 

Try selecting letter or a4 and then printing.

 

Refer to - Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows)

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
