PRINTER POWER

@FEDUP81

This is an older printer.

Product introduced mid-late 2014

The issue could be caused by a number of things, including and possibly not limited to:

  • The wall socket to which the printer power s connected is dropping voltage.
  • You are using a surge protector that is not functioning correctly.
  • The internal power supply on the printer is failing.
  • The printer is disconnecting from the network / computer / whatever-it-is-using and that connection loss is causing an issue than can only be cleared by unplugging the printer.
