Product: X576dw MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer spooler says my printer is in error.  How do I find out what the error is so that I can fix it?  Printer won't print.  I am lost.  Windows could be 64 bit.  I don't know.

Hi,

Try following the HP PSDR utility below by selecting Fix Printing:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

 

Please let me know if that may able to resolve the problem automatically, if any specific error returns while using te tool and it is unable to fix it, what exact error is shown?
