HP Envy 4502
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,
I'm really hoping someone can help me with this issue. I have a HP Envy 4502 which I've been using to print stickers in conjunction with a cutting machine. However, despite doing many alignment print and scans, it seems the page prints slightly misaligned.

It's a tiny amount but what it's meaning is that items on the left hand side of my page and cutting perfectly when I take them to the cutting machine, but the right hand side is misaligned and therefore miscuts.

Any tips on how I can get the paper to properly print? I'm at a loss what to do now and really don't want to just have to fork out for another printer!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Does this happen while copying too?

Try a  firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
