Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

This problem just started out of the blue after a few years.  Updated firmware, changed sleep settings and still the display remains always on.  Any help???

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Kindly provide the correct model number of the HP printer you are using to assist you better.

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
