Pagewide Pro MFP 777z - Y3Z55B

Hi. We have a Pagewide Pro MFP 777z which is stuck at initialisation stage. There are two messages displayed – “A new Printhead Assembly has been detected and must be set up by a service technician…” and “Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer..” (even though the setup cartridges are inserted). Have tried hard resetting, power draining, checking for packaging left in the printer but no luck so far. Any help appreciated!
