HP Recommended
Product: Office Jet Pro 8600 plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

It keeps getting a paper jam error. I clean it out use canned air to get dust out and still give error even though there is not one. 

 

Disconected power and still get the error. 

 

Please help

Provided that the paper sensor has not gone bad try removing and adding the printer in the Window Settings.
