Product: HP DeskJet 2652

Every time I try to print the paper gets jammed right behind the ink carriage. It previously wouldn't pull the paper down into the printer so I cleaned the rollers and that helped with the issue of not pulling the paper down but now its still getting jammed every time. Does anyone have any suggestions of what is causing this?
