Paper feed isssues

HP OFFICEJET 3830 ALL IN ONE
macOS 10.14 Mojave

The paper feed picked up too much paper and now it is jammed inside the printer>  I tried to remove it from right below paper  tray but it won't budge.  I opened the bottom and again it is stuck. Any ideas how get the paper out?

@Jwoods8c, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!

If it is hardware problems I am still stuck for repair costs if it is out of warranty I believe.

This requires help from the support team, looks like it is a hardware issue.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. If the printer cannot be serviced, upgrading the printer will be the next option.

Hope this helps!
