tFollowed all the instructions in this forum to clean the rollers and perform a hard reset. I see HP provides an Advanced Reset but doesn't publish it online - only provides it by private dm. Please provide the Advanced Reset. Thanks.

Those steps will not help in resolving a paper jam error.
If you've performed all the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-photosmart-c6100-all-in-one-printer-series/1153695/model/115..., I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
