I have a problem with my paper feed tray, I have A4 paper and it will not fit into the tray without bending it slightly, the slider guide won’t allow it, I have tried several ways but no joy.

i can only put a few sheets in and when it prints it pulls the paper into the printer offset and the paper gets jammed. It’s as though A4 paper is too big for this machine? Anyone else have this problem ?  Letter size paper will fit ok. Do I have a problem with my printer or is there something I’m missing out on ?

A4: 210 x 297 mm (8.3 x 11.7 inches) paper is supported by this printer. To check the paper handling specification, click here.

 

Kindly refer to this document to know how to load the papers into the input tray.

 

You may watch this video for a better understanding of resolving paper pick issues.
