Envy 5032
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a new HP Envy 5032 which I bought yesterday to replace the Envy 4507 and both of them keep giving me a message about paper too long to auto duplex.  I have searched the internet and tried all the steps listed and it still keeps doing it.  I'm trying to run a business and so far I cannot print anything properly.  Getting frustrated

Hi @Lawrence10,

What paper size are you trying to print when auto duplexing?

Please remove and reload the paper tray and ensure the correct paper size is listed on the shown prompt, else follow the steps on screen to change the paper size, also ensure the correct paper size is selected from the print driver when printing.

For any issue be sure to clarify the exact paper size you use.
