There are no error messages.
There is a pool of black ink on the RH floor, as though an ink cartridge burst at some time, though I do not know whether this is related to the paper jam.
The problem has repeated 4 times, despite unjamming torn paper and moving cartridge carriage from side to side.
The printer is 2 years old, so is it worth trying to have it repaired ?
Ink leakage causes the printer hardware failure. If you ask me, this is not something that can be resolved at home.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
