Hello,
I get a paper jam notification whenever i try to print something. I already made the resetting with cords etc. I tried to print a test page by holding power button and opening closing the lid 4 times and it is successful so it can print the test page like this. However, when i try to push a test page from my computer, it says paper jam.
i already opened the back and there is no paper at all anywhere. I saw couple of places that there is a more advanced resetting, can it solve maybe?
Thanks.

Hi @UncleSamuel
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
If you are able to print a test page but not from the PC, this could be a driver issue.
If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to clear a paper jam and the issue persists, let us try reinstalling the printer drivers.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
- Select your HP Printer
- Select Uninstall
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
- In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
- Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
- Click on the “Drivers” tab
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
- Select Ok
- Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
- Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.
Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
