Product: Officejet pro 8620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printing colors had white lines in diagnostic prints. HP contacted and are sending a pen replacement. What the heck is a pen replacement anyway?

I understand that you are being sent a pen replacement for your Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer. A pen replacement is another term for an ink cartridge.
