Without any context, I am guessing you are using ePrint to send and print your photo.
If that is the case, the following document addresses the "how to"
Open and read section: Can I change print settings for an HP ePrint job?
Synopsis:
Click Flag to switch to your region
Add your printer (if not already done)
Change the printer settings in your printer to use "Plain paper" for photo / image printing.
